CREATE STRATEGY
Good user experience is always the outcome of well thought out UX strategy. As a UX designer, and later, a UX leader, I worked on UX design and strategies for products across wide range of industry sectors, including consumer market, human resource, telecommunication and financial industry. I have a proven record of creating, validating and successfully executing UX visions and strategies.
EXECUTE DESIGN
I am a strong believer of that executions are as important as ideas. As a classically trained designer, I spent years crafting pixels, creating beautiful looking graphic objects, typography, layout and user interface. When it comes to design, I am a doer as well as a talker.

I influence stakeholders with UX strategies and best practices. My success stories range from crafting beautiful, intuitive experience for millions, to transforming complex financial software with tens of thousands of use cases and configuration options.

JACKYLIU
I design and I lead. A problem solver first and foremost, I create, validate and deliver design solutions for complex business challenges. I lead the Fraedom UX team, mentoring and inspiring our brilliant designers. I am the product owner of the Fraedom Design System team. I also serve as the product owner of two software development teams, engineering intuitive, elegant and complex core platform features.

Before Fraedom, I cut my teeth in product design and leadership in consumer app development, human resource SaaS and telecommunication industry. Three companies I worked at became NZ tech success stories, acquired by large U.S. corporates during my tenure.
